Content Guidelines
The content guide lines were last updated on 12th June 2019.
Introduction:
By content we refer to the material/script/pictures/charts/price/location uploaded to the GLVR Group website Platform by the members/users. Forum comments & posts, reviews, response to reviews by members and guests
We reserve our right to remove any content provided on to our website GLVR Group by members, travelers or any other user of the website which does not meet the guidelines. Reviews and review responses are subjective and is the opinion of the traveler or
Reviews, review responses, forum posts and any other content submitted by a user (collectively the “contributed content”) are the subjective opinions of the user who posted the content. Such content is not the opinion of GLVR Group and is not endorsed by us.
We strictly enforce a non tolerance policy against posting which are not truthful and relevant to the website if brought to our attention. It is also to be understood by the users that their contributed content if not right could invite the users subject to misrepresentation or defamation claims for GLVR Group will not be responsible.
Content Submission
Contributed content must adhere to the (including, but not limited to property listings, reviews and responses) Terms and Conditions of GLVR Group website in which such contributed content is posted on as well as the following guidelines:
• All reviews shall be current and not later than 4 months from the date of stay.
• Reviews and responses shall include physical location of the property which could help future travelers and other owners.
• In order to protect the owner- travelers trust the members shall not disclose the negotiated rate or the rate accepted for a property, reviews and responses should not disclose the actual rates charged by the member.
• The content must be directly related to its purpose. For example,
o Property listing descriptions must relate to the property.
o Property listings should not re direct travelers to other websites.
o Reviews of a property must focus on either the traveler’s experience renting the property from the owner or the owner’s experience renting the property to the traveler.
• All users who post content must have the legal rights to the content and post.
• Users cannot post a review or response for the sole purpose of forcing the other party to pay or return funds as that is not beneficial to the community as a whole.
• All reviews shall be current and not later than 4 months from the date of stay.
Review Submission
A review submission shall only be by a traveler or member and must meet the following requirements:
• The traveler or member should have stayed at the property and have evidence for the same which includes:
o Rental contract in travelers name with dates and property address.
o Receipt of Rental Payment as mentioned in the rental agreement.
• Members shall not submit reviews of their own property that he or she owns or manages.
• Users shall identify themselves with his or her identity or email upon submission.
Important Note;
• It shall be understood that GLVR Group Customer support will not be able to edit reviews on a user’s behalf. The user have the option of contacting Customer Support to remove their submitted review.
